A Sprinkling of the Seasons

With celebrations including ice sculpture carvings, bright dancing lights, and shopping galore, New York City was energized with iconic events this season!

NYC FIELDHOUSE AT BROOKLYN BRIDGE PARK
As part of the annual Brooklyn Bridge Park Harvest Festival, we celebrated with the community the launch of NYC FieldhouseNYC Fieldhouse promises to bring recreation and year-round fun and excitement to Pier 5 by offering track cycling and sports facilities as well as the space to host children’s camp, after-school programs, and community events. Kids got a taste of the fun to come during the Harvest Festival by shooting hoops with Fort Greene Sports, tumbling into gymnastics with Powerplay, and taking a cycling spin with Olympic Cyclist, Deirdre Bader.


ICEFEST ON THE CIRCLE
On November 15th, the holidays came to life both in and outside of Time Warner Center. The inaugural IceFest on the Circle at Time Warner Center featured five, eight-foot tall statues sculpted live on Columbus Circle, performances by Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra, treats by Whole Foods Market and Bouchon Bakeryand special offers from The Shops at Columbus Circle. Holiday cheer filled the air as we enjoyed the launch of Holiday Under the Stars, the world’s largest specialty-crafted display of illuminated colors! It was spectacular!


BLACK FRIDAY
92.3 NOW elevated the Black Friday madness on the roofdeck of Bronx Terminal Market with hit music and fun prize giveaways while shoppers waited for stores to open in the Bronx on Thanksgiving Day. Meanwhile on the Upper West Side at Time Warner Center, MasterCard shoppers indulged in a complimentary glass of Prosecco from Center Bar. What a wonderful treat -- as if all the amazing deals and discounts weren't enough!

WINTER'S EVE AT TIME WARNER CENTER
We closed out a busy month with the classic jubilee of Winter’s Eve at Time Warner Center on Monday. The night was full of delicious tastings from AsiateBar MasaBouchon, and Landmarc paired with exciting performances by the Big Apple CircusLaGuardia High School's Show Choir, and Motown: The MusicalJazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra closed out the night with a truly one-of-a-kind showcase!
